EdgeOS

The operatingsystem forpop-up villages.

Cut-paper collage: a misty pine forest under a paper sun, a robot arm planting a sapling next to a blue solar panel, ferns, gears and mushrooms.

From Edge City to Amanita Festival, the gatherings inventing new ways to live run on EdgeOS. Applications, passes, payments and check-in in one place. Open source, MIT licensed, yours to run.

Most gatherings still run on duct tape.

A form tool for applications. A spreadsheet for reviews. Payment links in DMs. A shared doc for the schedule. A printed list at the gate. Every edition you rebuild the stack — and lose what you learned about your people.

  • Form builder
  • Review spreadsheet
  • Payment links
  • Coupon tracker
  • Housing sheet
  • Schedule doc
  • Group chats
  • Door list (printed)
  • Email exports
  • CRM you never update

One system. Same people every edition.

  • Every applicant, ticket and session tied to the same person
  • Rules, pricing and approvals enforced by the system, not by memory
  • Each new edition starts with everything you already know

From the first application to the next edition.

EdgeOS covers the full life of a gathering. Each stage passes clean data to the next.

    Curate

Review queues, scoring and decisions — accept, waitlist or decline, with a full trail.

  3. 03

    Pay

Passes, housing and add-ons. Card or crypto, installments, coupons and scholarships.

  4. 04

    Program

A shared calendar where attendees host sessions, RSVP and sync to their own calendar.

  5. 05

    Check in

QR passes scanned at the gate, self check-in and live attendance for staff.

  6. 06

    Remember

A people database that persists across editions, so you never start from zero.

Everything a pop-up village runs on.

Use the full stack, or start with the parts you need. Every module shares the same people, products and permissions.

  • Applications & form builder

Multi-step applications with custom fields per edition. Applicants save, return and track their status.

  • Curation & reviews

Spread reviews across your team, score candidates and decide with full history.

  • Products & sales flows

Passes, housing, merch and patron tiers. Compose checkout funnels without code.

  • Payments, card & crypto

Card and crypto via SimpleFi. Installments, coupons, discounts and scholarships built in.

  • Attendee portal

A home for every attendee: QR pass, purchases, directory, groups and schedule.

  • Program & calendar

Attendee-hosted sessions, venues, RSVPs and .ics feeds for any calendar app.

  • Live operations

QR check-in, door-staff mode, badges and real-time attendance for the team on the ground.

  • People database

One profile per human across every edition: history, roles, purchases and participation.

  • Multi-tenant backoffice

Run many gatherings from one place, each with its own theme, team and role-based access.

Attendees get a portal, not an inbox.

Once accepted, attendees land in a portal themed to your gathering. It's where they pay, find their people, build their week and walk through the gate.

  • QR pass

One code for the gate, the venues and every session.

  • Directory & groups

See who's in town, form groups, coordinate housing.

  • Personal schedule

RSVP to sessions, host their own, sync with .ics.

  • Self check-in

Arrivals without a line when staff is busy.
